Download the map and visit the Roman City of Exeter with Minecraft. This is a great way to see the city in the 5th-century AD at end of the Roman Empire. You can walk where the Romans did and go in their fine buildings. The map includes links to Roman objects excavated in the city. Players can use these to find out more about the objects in the game.
Use Minecraft to get creative and make your own version of the Roman city once you’ve downloaded the map. Help with downloading the Roman maps is on the Exeter Time Trail Minecraft page.
RAMM worked with digital producer Adam Clarke AKA Wizard Keen to make the maps. Research by PhD student Sofia Romualdo on museums and video games contributed.
You may recognize me as the original voice of Wizard Keen from season one and two of Wonder Quest and IWonder. I also have made many Minecraft Maps for the community find out more about me at thecommonpeople.tv
