In celebration of Malaysia’s upcoming 61st Merdeka Day, let’s check out this clip of a popular supper time meal - the ubiquitous Ramly burger stall found all over the country! 😋🍔
This one is popular among locals in SEA Park, Petaling Jaya (and sometimes further afield) and is called A&Z Burger... I especially like the unique way that Amir (the guy doing the cooking) spreads the egg and also slices the chicken patty, although he won’t do that slicing bit for the prawn patty (square one)... 🌭
