Join us as we follow the footsteps of Jim Corbett while he was on the trail of Muktesar (Mukteshwar) Man-Eater.

In this episode, we try to trace Jim Corbett's steps while he was on the hunt of The Muktesar (now Mukteshwar) Maneater. This was going to be just his second manhunt, but the story came out almost 10 years later in his next book titled "Temple Tiger".

We travel from Jim Corbett's winter home in Kaladhungi to his first night halt, Ramgarh.

Born and raised in India, Jim Corbett was a British hunter and conservationist. Best known for spearheading efforts to conserve Tigers. He was also a successful author. Some of his famous books include titles like The Man Eaters of Kumaon, Jungle Lore, My India, Temple Tiger etc.

Today, the Corbett Tiger Reserve (or Jim Corbett National Park, as it's often called) carries his legacy of conservation of wildlife, especially Tigers.
