I was joined on this month's ramen tour by @miki_japan . Please check out her channel as well. We went to Chonan, Hosonotakashi (長男、ほそのたかし), a shop in Ekota, Tokyo. They didn't have the usual tonkotsu gyokai menu, so we settled for their one-off spicy beef tsukemen. It was great!

![Kodawari Ramen in Paris [Trip in France]
Kodawari Ramen brings truly authentic ramen to Paris, France. Locally sourced meats, high quality shoyu, and most importantly, hand made noodles. While other shops are following trends, Kodawari Ramen creates an authentic bowl. My favorite was the shoyu or the toripaitan, but the shio and black sesame ramen are also popular.
Not only is the ramen authentic, but the shop has been decked out to look like a Japanese yokocho. A back alley dining spot in the middle of St. Germain? You bet.
Be sure to check out my next video, where I meet with the wheat maker to see just how kodawari things are here.
