I've been working with the Osaka Ramen School for almost 4 years now. When I first met Miyajima-sensei, he was running longer courses for Japanese people looking to open their own shop. I wanted something a bit more casual, something that tourists could do in a day, and we came up with the idea of the 1-day crash course. With the help of Akane, we provide full English translation.
