This is a full playthrough for the Rambo arcade game from SEGA! This was played with 9 lives (yes, really) after changing the number of lives from the test menu and on the Normal difficulty. Also I got to play this with Boomslangz's updated OpenSegaAPI sound fix, and it is a very much needed improvement! No speech cut off, no crackling audio, and all the music plays, including boss music. A big thanks to him for making the sound fixes for Teknoparrot.
