In this no-holds-barred analysis I break down the explosive Ramadan Open Iftar event that turned Trafalgar Square into a scene of mass public prayer and the adhan call to prayer right in front of a historic church. Nick Timothy’s viral post calling it “an act of domination straight from the Islamist playbook” triggered Labour’s meltdown, with Keir Starmer and Sadiq Khan demanding he be sacked on the spot.
I go through the full timeline: the segregated prayers, women pushed to the back, Mayor Khan front and centre, and the Tories’ refusal to bow to the outrage. Then I show why Reform UK’s entire leadership – Nigel Farage included – came out united, calling for an outright ban on ALL mass outdoor religious celebrations in public spaces like this.
Is this harmless multiculturalism or a deliberate cultural takeover of Britain’s most iconic landmarks? I side firmly with Reform and the Tories: British values and shared public spaces must come first. No more domination in our historic squares.
