We recently took a trip to Kirkcaldy where as Cahonas Scotlands Community Engagement Officer I spoke at Starks Park to the players and staff of @Raith Rovers Football Club Ltd about the importance of knowing the signs and symptoms of Testicular Cancer, and how to properly self check.
Huge thanks to Ian Murray for allowing his player the time to attend and listen to me talk balls for 30 minutes.
Thank you Raith TV for putting this piece together and turning this around so quickly so amazing to work with.
This is why we do what we do! Awareness is key to early diagnosis and getting more colleges to sign up to become a partner of our LIFE saving programme will help make men more aware of their bodies and ultimately save lives.

Hello and thanks for watching.
We exist to educate males about testicular cancer and the importance of early detection, through regular self checking.
We are on a mission to get testicular health on the agenda from an early age. We want testicular health to be talked about openly and candidly and for self checking to become part of every male’s monthly routine.
Through our education and information on the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer we want to empower males in Scotland to be proactive about their own testicular health.

Davids story on how an accidental hit to the balls in a game of shinty saved his life and how nearly not going to a doctors appointment could have changed his outcome.
