For best results, repairs should be made as soon as possible after the damage occurs and before the break is contaminated by dirt or water. The kit works best on round damage not more than 2.5 cm in diameter, and cracks not longer than 30 cm. It will not repair damage to more than one layer of glass.
For chips, bull's eyes or stars:
Clean area with dry towel, Center ring over impact point.
Screw resin chamber into centre ring until touching impact point.
Squeeze resin into chamber.
Screw pressure driver into resin chamber.
Unscrew and remove pressure driver. Re-insert pressure driver to remove any air that may remain in the crack.
Remove apparatus. Touch up. Apply curing strips.
Move windscreen into direct sunlight, wait; then scrape off excess resin.
For cracks:
Apply resin to the crack directly from the nozzle on the bottle.
Apply curing strips, move windscreen into direct sunlight. Wait and then scrape off any excess resin.
