This was recorded in the centre of the Memory Crypts next to where the baby centipedes spawn (SH_H01_7). This is the version with creatures.

While I had thought of remaking this before, Arbitrated Shan encouraged me to do it by commenting "It's not quite the same without the snipping of Miros birds to hide from... :P" on the old version of the Memory Crypts ambience. It was hard to decide where to record this piece because while the place I chose can see a lot more, being further in cover such as where the centipedes are could make me feel a lot safer and at rest. Additionally, I wasn't sure whether the bell tones were as loud as in my previous recording. In the version with creatures the Miros Birds made me even more anxious because they came really close to Monk and made lots of noise, so even though I find it a bit unnerving to be that close to the Miros Birds with Monk, hopefully some of you will like that version more than I do.
