Another one of these! Underwater electricity is scary. I somehow encountered a noodlefly (which I believe was still alive before I grabbed it!) at the wall.

I really don't think the exterior is supposed to be flooded, particularly the wall. The palettes were kind of strange.

I thought about this a few times while swimming, I wonder what happens if you swim out of bounds while it is flooded? Will the fall death activate? I certainly didn't want to test during this, the wait for the rain is quite agonizing.

I think... Outskirts is next.
