As the Pacific Northwest embraced the vibrant hues of fall, our friend (and shop-mate) Milo and Dylan found themselves in the midst of a spontaneous adventure that perfectly encapsulated the essence of our region's weather. The vibrant orange and crimson leaves clung to trees while the overcast sky hinted at the imminent arrival of the familiar PNW rain.
It was a typical drizzly autumn day, the kind that blankets our entire community in an aesthetically pleasing mist. Dylan's phone rang and Milo's voice crackled through the speaker, "Hey, you up for some rain drifting today?"
It was an invitation impossible to decline. After all, this is the Pacific Northwest, where rainy days are as much a part of our culture as drinking overpriced coffee and appreciating evergreen trees. Dylan hastily grabbed his camera gear and they rendezvoused at the shop.
As they ventured to the drifting spot, Milo tossed the 1UZ-powered Supra around every unsuspecting corner he could. Once they arrived at the corner of choice the rain carried on and the hours passed in a blur of screeching tires, 1UZ roar and laughter. The rain-soaked streets turned into the Supra's playground.
As the day wore on, and the tires wore down, they reluctantly called it quits and returned to the shop to finish up some projects and play some Need For Speed Most Wanted on the PS2.
