One thing I love is when toys get used as props in movies. And there is a great crossover between Star Wars The Empire Strikes back and Raiders of the lost ark.

In the final scenes when the Ark is opened (spoiler) they used a some Kenner Bespin Luke action figures as German Soldiers. One of those very figures turned up in a recent Prop Store auction with some amazing photos and close-ups.

So my plan is to make my own version of this movie prop using the battered remains of a vintage Star Wars figure.
