It's finally here! You asked for it and I've delivered a great Raid Farm Non-stackable Item sorter and storage. This will seperate your iron gear, books and totems from stackable items and trash the iron gear. All you have to do is place some armor stands. Sounds like a good deal to me! This Video focuses on the non-stackable aspects of the circuit only.
You could also expand this with item elevators and extra filters to save the armor stands if you want like in this video:

Material list for updated sorter:
20 hoppers
4 chest
8 compatators
2 repeaters
1 button
1 stair
4 obsidian
6 sticky pistons
3 reg pistons
10 torches
2 cauldrons
2 lava buckets
2 droppers
2 dispensers
1 trap door
6 observers
stack of redstone dust
filler items for the hopper timer
Target block
1 slime or honey block
1 terracota or a melon or a pumpkin
a dozen of so Glass
2 dozen or so solid blocks
