This is the Stage 2 theme.
Considering that Gensokyo is undergoing a massive migration of never-before-seen youkai, I mainly intended to compose this song with a sense of fear towards the unknown. However, the result was a song that feels quite sad.
Maybe those new youkai just want a second chance to be known after being left in limbo for centuries. That’s the cost when myths enter fantasy.
