RO3 offers more than one kind of PvP experience, from progression-based guild battles to a battle royale mode where every player starts from zero.
In this video, I share the PvP content I personally experienced during the RO3 test, including guild battles, built-in party voice chat, team objectives, MVP-style bosses inside PvP maps, and the fair battle royale system where your normal gear, cards, pets, and upgrades do not carry over.
The guild battle focuses more on teamwork, positioning, class roles, and controlling objectives, while the battle royale mode gives everyone a fresh start and places more emphasis on survival, item choices, and coordination. I also take a quick look at the DPS rankings and the classes that appeared near the top during the test.
This is not a complete PvP guide, since some modes—including War of Emperium—were not available for me to fully experience. The game was also still in a test build, so balance, rules, rewards, and class performance may change before the official release.
