If you have no idea what "Twilight Masquerade" is, it's the most recent set for the Pokemon TCG! And for the release, I wanted to draw something featuring my new favorite deck, it's Raging Bolt with Teal Mask Ogerpon. So here's some cool art of the two! The style featuring a sharp contrast between black and white is really neat, I hope you enjoy!
