Raging Bolt's Paldea Location in the Pokemon Scarlet & Violet DLC! Located at the bottom of Area Zero, you can find and battle a wild Raging Bolt in Pokemon Scarlet only. Raging Bolt is the Paradox version of Raikou!

Please note that you will need the correct quest from Perrin to see Raging Bolt. You can accept the quest after registering 200 Pokemon in the Blueberry Pokedex.
