Hi everyone. In this video I discuss Stephen King’s out of print novel “Rage”. Stephen King originally wrote Rage under the pseudonym Richard Bachman, and when Bachman was eventually revealed to be Stephen King, it was included in his anthology “The Bachman Books”. However, for reasons as discussed in the video, Rage was taken out of print, by the author’s own wishes. This video summarises the plot of Rage, explains the circumstances of its creation and why Stephen King came to not want it around anymore, and uses this case study to discuss book censorship and whether it can ever be justifiable.
