Ingredients:
Radishes.
Potatoes.
Chopped onion.
Garlic puree.
Salt.
Pepper.
Olive oil.
Recipe:
Chop the potatoes into chunks and boil them in water with a pinch of salt. Peel them if you want. I don't bother.
Top and tail the radishes and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the garlic puree, salt and pepper to taste.
Mash the potatoes once boiled with the chopped onion and serve with the radishes.
I served it with vegetable gravy.
