UPDATE! The Ukrainian border guards may be alive and captured (official information as on Feb 28, link below). In short. Communication with the island was lost and there was no way to check it due to Russian attacks of coast. Plus Russians did not report anything (just like usually). How they managed to survive is yet unknown, but thank God the legends are alive! Also, I see that my original pinned comment with the transcript (it's also below in description) was removed, likely a job of putiners reporting it.
