FreeCAD can baffle. CAD tutorials can bemuse. So here I go with an easier approach, learning by doing, and making a practical Phone Holder that can be 3D printed at the end of the tutorial. Deliberately theres nothing demanding or technical here... its just a step by step build, giving you the confidence to use the tools you need and be able to ignore the many distractions you dont.
And if a phone holder isnt your thing, thats okay, because by following along youll pick up on FreeCADs way of doing things and quickly begin to acquire the CAD skills you require to tackle your chosen projects.
