USGS study conducted through April 5, 2011 showed fallout from Fukushima every place tested (pdf only reports Cesium but plutonium was found as well.

"In contaminated areas there were a much greater frequency of visible mutations" "Abnormalities include: deformed feet, tumors in abdomen, tumors around eyes, tumors on chin, deformed skin, missing digits on feet... a wide variety of developmental abnormalities""Most of these have not been seen in any other population in the world" "These kind of abnormalities just do not occur with any frequency in other populations where there is no radioactive contaminants
