There's a remix of the 3rd Rad Racer song that a guy named Sir Nuts did for ocremix.org a while back. It's been on my playlist for a very long time, and decided to see what Rad Racer would look like if this were the soundtrack. Turns out, it works great!
I was doing so well until the very end when I crashed.
Unfortunately it doesn't look like the ocremix site is hosting the song anymore, so I can't give a direct link to it.

This is the music played in the China Town stage of The Revenge of Shinobi on the Sega Genesis. This specific version of the song is true to the original console version, but has slightly stronger percussion. It was released on the album The Super Shinobi & Works. The entire soundtrack of this game is just amazing. Yuzo Koshiro, the composer, later went on to do the music for the Streets of Rage series, which is equally impressive.")
