Rachie first found me about 10 months ago. I was on "Île d'Oléron" in Charente-Maritime, France. where I did a short video entitled "Flat Earth rejoice! Gravity debunked." It is part of this video.
The songs in here are:
- Kepling Kepling, the Dutch original;
- Rachie's Conversion Song, which came way too early;
- Desperado for Rachie;
- Kepling Kepling with Rachie (still) as a Flat Earther.
The songs were not created in this order. Rather, they reflect either history or some wishful thinking on my side: Coming over to the side of logic and reason (and cheese), Come off the fence in Desperado, Still a Flat Earther. Oh well. Conspiracy Catz and SeekTruth SpeakTruth did their best.
The Dutch text roughly translates to
"This is a time of threatening rumors
Of work of the devil and raw comedy
Of the Black Plague and red snow
In short, it is A Middle Age. (sic.)
My name is Plunko, known all around
And with my pizzicato instrument
I travel through the country as a minstrel
By means of an oral newspaper
Our part of the world, this day, goes through
A Hun's plague, or so I gather
Our side goes to the defense
But their side wins time and again" (and the word play does not translate.)
