Rules:
1. Any items obtained that are over 10m only count as 10m
2. Truces are fine but have to split loot 50/50
3. NO MELEE IS ALLOWED FOR PVMING (melee is ok for pking)
4. If either of us are attacked by the other, its DMM rules (no teleporting in combat; have to log out to escape)
5. Can stream snipe
6. All content must be streamed
7. Keep track of time to add up at the end if its close
8. Must be skulled at all times, and after 1m+ bank value minimum of 250k risk
9. After winner reaches 100m, we fight, winner gets 50m setup and loser gets 25m setup. Range/Mage fight.
