But, I do have some information here about what I’ve been planning recently.

=Where I’ve Been=

It’s nothing super serious—I just haven’t had much time/motivation to make videos. I don’t really want to keep posting these fillers, I want to work on something big. First of all, I had previously been busy during the very end of the school year (rushing to get final projects done) so I really had no time to do anything else. But, once summer came around, there were still more things to do. I had to (and still am) studying for a credit-by-exam test I’ll be taking soon to test out of my Algebra class. Also, I REALLY REALLY got into playing Genshin Impact (AR 51 lmao) and it became a part of my routine to grind every day. Due to this, I really didn’t have motivation to make many videos. HOWEVER, I did start a second channel that happens to be a Genshin Impact channel called “DyonImpact” (get it? lol). I’m sharing it with my sister, Cloudberry (youtube.com/channel/UCOe9Z1zKboh3Kve2F3stKIA) and we will both post random Genshin-related videos. So far, there are only a few short edits on the channel, but I’m planning out a little Xiao animatic as well as an AMV, and I’m sure my sister has some stuff in store as well. But, alongside these things, I’ve been planning out some big projects for the future.

=What I’m Going To Do The Future=

First of all, I am planning out a WoF fanfiction featuring my own OCs (yes, a real, full novel with 15 chapters!). It’ll technically be an AU because it adds in a lot of lore that I just made up. It’ll take place thousands of years after the main series, and will have a completely new plot. Here’s a quick blurb/hook thing:

Thousands of years after the events of Darkness of Dragons, the tribes are at peace.
...or are they?

Seven tribes - one in hiding, without a single sighting for generations. Dragons far and wide question if the NightWings really ever existed, or if they are simply figments of fairy tales.
Seven Champions - omniscient, celestial dragons and the creators of The Great Tribes, with one who was usurped with power and disappeared along with his tribe. The bonds between the Champions have severed, and there is little hope of rejoining them.
Seven students - each one oblivious to the dangers that lie outside of their mortal world. Jade Mountain Academy has stood for ages, untouched by nature or conflict.

Until…
One SeaWing - Atlantis. Fighting to gain recognition in the world, fighting to unite the Champions, and fighting to take down the greatest force of all: power itself.

One mishap can cost the entire world, just as it did in the era of the Great Champions. Atlantis must resist the darkness and push past the temptation of power corruption. However, everything stands in her way; ancient secrets, a hidden dimension, a fallen queen, and… herself.

I (sort of) just came up with this off the top of my head, excuse the overly dramatic-ness lol. This story will be written on Wattpad and I’ll make a video about it once the time comes. It is still in the outline stage for right now - I don’t even have a title for it.
Alongside this book, I am also planning to animate an AMV about the plot of this book. It will be using the song ATLANTIS. Yes, there is actually a song called ‘Atlantis’, and it fits the plot perfectly. This project, seeing as it is 3 minutes long, will probably take as much time if not longer than writing the actual book.

Hey! I’m glad to have you watching.
I have a couple changes about this channel that I want to address.

First of all, I changed my name to Atlantis (as you may have noticed). I wanted to reach a bigger audience rather than just WoF, and it’s always awkward when people IRL find my YT and then ask; “What’s a SeaWing?”

Next, my content changes.
Now, before I talk about content, I understand that most of the reason for this big blowup was because of one of my more recent videos; the DragonSheep Hybrid challenge. It’s obvious that DragonSheep has lots of viewers, and therefore they would find my video in the process.

But that’s the thing; I don’t want to be popular because of someone else.
That’s why I don’t appreciate shoutouts as much as other people might, and why I usually make fanart for channels around the same as mine (or good friends).
That’s what I am wanting to change what I do to get more attention—I want to stop posting random MAP parts and speedpaints and start focusing on bigger projects, like PMVs, AMVs, animations that I spend time on.

I was inspired by some bigger YouTubers like Shannon White or Tenery RM, who make polished animations/speedpaints, and that’s what I want to do.

I’m working on a story for my OCs, it’s in progress but I will be making an animation for it.

So that’s that—increase audience range, improve content and art. I’ll be taking more time in between uploads to work on better quality projects. I hope you guys understand.

I’m so happy that this MAP was able to be finished, it’s my first MAP and I gotta say, it was pretty tough to manage. But, I think it turned out alright!

Originally, this whole YouTube thing was just for me to post whatever dumb art I was making at the time. But now, with all of you supporting me, I am so grateful for everyone who has been here with me!

Originally, I had something bigger planned, but I was gaining subs too fast (xD) and I had no time.

Here is Atlantis’ long overdue redesign. She’s only had one past ref before, and that was the first OC I made. On this new design, I got rid of the golden earring and necklace, and instead, she now has feathers and a scarf. They were both inspired by the amazing game Breath of The Wild.
The feathers are supposed to be (kinda) like Kass, and I guess they just clip onto her ear?? xD I don’t know, but I thought they looked cool.
The scarf is inspired by the Champions of BoTW, particularly Revali (he’s the best).

Let’s get right to it—

Rules (read carefully!):

The only program watermark that is allowed will be FlipaClip.

This is not first-come-first-serve like my Spectre MAP, I will be a little picky (but don’t be afraid to ask!).

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: Please hold the beginning and end frames of your parts for at least a second. This is to help me edit and to avoid parts being too short. Do not write anything like “cutoff” on them, just keep the frames for a little longer.

Please keep the map calm, you can have gore or sadness, but nothing too intense.

If you don’t follow the palette, I will ask you to redo your part.

The codeword that you have to include in your comment is: dead (put it into a sentence)

Tracing or heavily referencing will not be tolerated. If I find out, then you will be immediately disqualified and kicked.

The parts are longer than your average MAP parts; each part is around 15 seconds, except for 14 and 15, which are both around half the time. However, do not make them these exact times; use it as a reference to when you’re actually timing your part, to improve your accuracy.

Make your part have a 16:9 aspect ratio, fullscreen only.

NO LYRICS!! However, if you want to lipsync, you can.

If you want, you can share your opinion on the way I write sevens.

AMV or PMV is fine, but please have at least 3 frames if you are doing PMV.

I would like you to have your part done in about a month after I accept you. If you show a WIP, you will get an extension based on how far you have gotten.

You can only have one part, unless you want both 14 and 15. I encourage you to ask for multiple parts in your comment so I will have more options to choose from.

Note for part 15: make your part fade into black at the end.

Dream Dust Meme - 180 Sub Special

Here it is!! After the long wait, the subs special is finally out. This was going to be my 150 sub special, then 160, then 170, but it was taking so long, and I kept getting more subscribers (which isn’t a bad thing)! Now, I just love the music for this meme, it’s got a very chill lofi beat sound to it, and it’s simple.

This is my first (finished) animation meme that I have ever made, and I got to say, it looks kinda better than I imagined??! Sorry if the timings are a bit off, but editing this was really smoothened out now that I have a new editing software.

Also, this isn’t a vent or anything. It’s a little hint to the backstory of my OCs, specifically Atlantis. I plan to write a book on it soon, but I’ll have to find the time (and motivation).
