Claude Code and Codex decide how your coding agent works. DeepSeek Harness lets you decide. Every feature is a plugin, so you can rip out what you don't like and build what's missing. In this video I customise the harness with my own plugins, including a built-in browser and a theme selector.
Then I run Qwen 3.8 on my own machine with Ollama and build a preset that stops local models choking on tools they can't use. I also cover the plugin distribution step almost nobody explains. Total cost to run all of it: $0.
