HD Remaster - ZERO VS OMEGA DECISIVE BATTLE (60fps) ultimatemaverickx 2023-12-25 | It's finally the birthday of the Messiah!!! O m e g a.... I mean Jesus!!! :D Had this done for quite a long time but I decided not post it yet so I can make some updates if ever. I think Christmas would be a nice time to post. :) Alternate title is "Faded Memories". Fan re-imagining of Zero vs Omega. This animation is actually for "hardcore" Zero and X series fans so it's actually cool the original(2011) got a LOT of views. :D I don't think there are many hardcore MMZ and MMX fans.Unlike the previous remaster which is technically a remake. This one is an actual remaster. I still have the old file. The plan was just to remaster this not X vs Zero Decisive Battle 2, but just a few days of fiddling the original file, I realize remaking X vs Zero Decisive Battle 2 would be easy compared to this. O_o This one is tough and tedious. Actually, it would be amazing if I could pull out more decisive battles, if not it's still great I was able to create my personal fave battle. X vs Zero and Zero vs Omega. Hope you enjoy the animation.

It's technically a remake but the outcome looks more of a remaster. I didn't expect the 2010 animation would be great to Megaman fans. :D I'm happy it became nostalgic. This time it's the Pseudoroids turn! :)So I asked if animation or game next. They prefer animation but if they prefer game I think I would like try other game engines. I just use flash to create mini games. What I was originally working on was 29 Mutos Reploids in 50 Seconds. However, it wasn't turning out well for me so I scrapped it and worked on 17 Pseudoroids in 50 Seconds. By the end of January, it's pretty much 75% done but I wasn't that satisfied. XD I discontinue it but I might go back again some time. I was planning to post this by the release of Zero/ZX Legacy Collection though. I just got back this June, I got so many stuffs in hand these previous months. Could have posted that month or next but I admit I'm being lazy and prioritizing other stuffs.Last January this animation just features Vent but when I got back to this I added Ashe. It just features Vent with OIS system permanently activated so it makes sense the Pseudoroids are destroyed in few seconds. However, if I make the animation accurate to the game mechanics I should do that to other future death boss rush which is not possible. XD I guess I'll show the beta version soon.I hope Zero/ZX Legacy Collection would also spawn another Zero game. :) If I remember correctly, Inti Creates planned another Zero game but not a Zero 4 sequel. Would be amazing if we could have another Zero game too!!! :DThis is another place in Area N set in the future where Vent is able to retrieve all biometals and teaming up with Ashe. Vent's voice is still the ZX voices though. XDAnd... there's supposed to be a parody version but annotations are no longer available.

XD My arts made it official!I just got back to this last December. Supposedly, it will have a different gameplay but it's hard to do. I just stick to X controls but with a different dash system. No controller support but I made it simple as possible.There's supposed to be a second character playable, it's Prometheus! but I got frustrated. I can only show the boss battle. My laptop is old for recording. T_TIt's an X themed stage. You can find secrets. :)I'm just experimenting stuffs with the Bad Bad Mettaurs like wall jump, different camera scrolling, bg scrolling and other many stuffs then I decided to create a full stage. I'm experimenting stuffs for future games. Hopefully you won't encounter a horrible bug. I don't mind minor bugs though.Maybe I'll add X as a playable character... but I don't know how to change controls. I don't think that's something I could figure out on my own like charge shot or wall jump. Where do you want me to place dash if ever I'll add X? I want to create more Rockman Crossover Reborn levels but it came to my mind that Capcom may not be fine with it even if it's a mini flash game. Considering how crappy Rockman Xover is to Megaman fans. They might think bad of my flash game or my skills. That's the time I thought Megaman is dead and if there will be another, it would take long.The game has 2 modes. Over-1 and Bad Bad Mettaurs mode. Supposedly the mettaurs is a secret mode but it was initially what I'm doing and it's way more work compared to Over-1. You get to play as the mettaurs after you beat the level with Over-1.I haven't tested it to someone yet only my brother. You may encounter problems but hopefully it's not something very distracting. I'm just a newbie so forgive me.I want to know if the game is hard. Personally, it's just standard difficulty. The only thing that would make this hard is the boss's Overdrive Attack and it's certainly not for casuals.I've more things said on DA, check it if you're interested.
Megaman 9 and 10 in 32-bit (Galaxy Man and Sheep Man Boss Battles) ultimatemaverickx 2017-09-24 | For Megaman 8 and Megaman and Bass Sprite fans.This is only an animation, not a game. Actually, what I wanted to do is X7 in 32-bit but doing MM9 in 32-bit would be faster and less work. Since it's quick I added MM10 as well.Megaman 9 is unexpectedly incredible but personally, I would prefer Megaman 9 and 10 in Megaman 8 sprite style with less cute backgrounds but it's clear 8-bit MM9 is for the 8-bit fans and nostalgia.I only intent to do the Version 2 Boss Battles but when I started working on this I think everyone would prefer if I do the original as well. Version 2 is a concept. I wish I could turn it into a game and try it. On V2, Megaman can charge and slide. Robot Masters have new attacks but deals less damage compared to the original. However, the bosses have an overdrive attack that would be deadly. I love the overdrive attacks on X8. Powered Up has that as well but it's not that deadly. Bosses don't take damage when they execute their overdrive attack. The bosses don't have invincibility frames but they have longer life bar. They will only have invincibility if you use their weakness. Also, there should be invincibility frames on V1 but I'm lazy to add blinking on the bosses. XDAlso Megaman moves a little faster here compared to 8. I thought of animating it in same size as the 8-bit so the speed would be the same but I stick to the MM8 resolution on V1 Bosses. Besides, 8-bit Megaman is in chibi so he looked smaller.I choose Galaxy Man because I love his design. One of my fave Robot Masters.I choose Sheep Man because he is the considered one of worst Robot Masters which I'm not surprised. I also think he is one of the least. I just want him to look good in 32-bit.Enjoy! That was 4 years ago, time flies fast and now I can do this without having a hard time drawing except this takes a lot of time. Sometimes, I get impatient. BAD BAD METTAURS and the Horrors on Area N ultimatemaverickx 2015-08-22 | So I was really bored to draw and thought of doing a video instead.I never thought I'll do another Bad Bad Mettaurs movie and if I did, I would redesign their designs a bit to make them different to all Mettaurs. I'm actually doing a Vent VS Omega Zero Sprite Battle but the Flash File got corrupted early in the progress. It's not a big loss but it made me abandon the project. It didn't took long to think of another Idea. Bad Bad Mettaurs VS Omega Zero would be fun for sure!For those who don't know, The Omega that you have encountered on Area N is just a corrupted memory file that's why he looked like that on my video. A rift between the real world and cyber world was formed when Omega was defeated by Zero and caused a massive explosion. It's like the phenomenon when Eurasia crashed into the Earth and formed Zero Space or the Virus Stages on X5. I've added something on the concept though. It's the distortion of timeline in Omega's room so that the area has corruption too. Have you ever thought why Biometal Model O and Omega don't have any connection. Well, there's actually a link, you can get Model O when you beat Omega and that's just it. At first I was wondering why they didn't put Biometal O next to Omega's Room or at least do some noticeable links between them. I'm not sure but I think Omega's appearance on Area N is considered official however, Biometal Model O is not. Well, it is obvious Biometal Model O is not official and simply added on the game as a bonus feature. If in case Capcom made connections with Omega and Biometal O. Omega's appearance as a memory file would be considered not official anymore. It would drag down the concept of Omega on Area N since Biometal O is not official and personally think the idea is fan made level. I mean seriously! If Capcom says Biometal O is an official Biometal and part of the story I'm gonna criticize ZX as a ridiculous fan made level game! Omega's Appearance may be not official too though. I'm iffy about it.I was planning this to be short like 2 or 3 minutes but I ended up doing a longer film. I enjoyed it much and added more stuffs. It took me 19 days to create this along with the flash version. I didn't know flash has 16000 frame limit not until I've reached it. At first I thought my flash is getting corrupted again, it's making me nuts actually. Then I learned that flash has frame limitations which is not cool. Exporting this in AVI file was the least part I liked when doing this. The first exported file was very laggy and I really need to make a way to make it smooth. Well, I know I can make a way but can't I just do this smoothly. At least it didn't took days to make a way though. Still frustrating!I want this video to be funny and awesome at the same time! Fallen Angel (Ciels Memory ~ Epilogue Drama Track Fan Animation) ultimatemaverickx 2015-07-25 | If you haven't watched "FAKE", I suggest you watch it first. It just crossed my mind to animate another Drama Track. I felt I need to do this or else I'll die. LOL But seriously, I haven't done this for long. This video took me 3 weeks although I did some editing a few days after. I notice few subtle errors but that's expected. I usually work 4 to 6 hrs and 30 mins a day but I worked more than that when compositing. I really wanted to do this in 2 weeks but It seems not possible.I really enjoyed doing this! But then, there's this time when things just screw up like my Photoshop files getting corrupted. I have to draw those parts again. Arghhh!... I hate that day! If I was Super Man I could have destroyed a mountain in my rage! But It didn't took long before I sustain the loss. in fact, I think what I've done is better.I redesigned Copy X's armed phenomenon because I want him to be mobile and I can't do the scenes I imagined when I stick to the original concept. I'll be limited to his mouth or his head moving only when I use his original 2nd form. Other movements would be weird considering his arms are not attached to his body. On my design, Copy X's Ultimate Armor is more prominent and still human-like even though Armed Phenomenon concepts were not supposed to look human. Also, Copy X transforms immediately into his 2nd form on the drama track "Truth of Hero". I kind of added his second form's essence on his ultimate armor.I'm happy with what I've done and I hope you enjoy the video!
BAD BAD METTAURS ultimatemaverickx 2015-01-20 | First thought of doing a random vs battle but I'm hesitant because I might work for like 3 weeks or a month and it feels unproductive. So I thought of doing a simpler scene where Ashe is just assaulting an indestructible Mettaur and the Mets were laughing behind because the Helmet is actually empty. Originally planned it to be a 30-40 seconds film but I made some changes that makes it much longer and better. Working with this is time consuming, I just don't realize I've been working for hours. I worked for 13 days but I'm happy with the final product!Some sprites were ripped by me. I can't find some of the Sprites I needed on the net. The ripped sprites were quite messed up but it might be unnoticeable to many though. I did this because I just want to play with sprites which I haven't done for years actually. Besides, doing this will make me feel great! It was enjoyable except it was time-consuming.Hope you Enjoy! Remember folks! On the first week of doing this, I got sick that I work on and off on this stuff and thought of not continuing it anymore. But then, when I hear Copy X theme. I get eager to animate this track. A year ago, I thought of animating this track but told myself it's impossible! I can't do it! I'm not skilled yet. I thought it's better to animate with sprites, though it may seem cheap...but every time I hear the "Truth of hero" drama track and Copy X "Fake" theme. I keep visualizing this track into my mind. Imagining how the scene would look like. I keep thinking and thinking of this thing that It motivates to do this. After I did my previous animation Megaman Servbot, I finally had the confidence to animate this track. By the fourth week of January, I start animating the track full time. I did redesigns of the characters and change the setting. Zero having blue eyes and an extra armor part on his leg and Copy X with an armor similar to Model X. Since the track anticipates a battle with Copy X in his second form. I decided to merge his 1st form and 2nd form so I could incorporate Copy X 1st form. There's also a little change with the story. While animating the scenes and cleaning up the drawings. It's quite grueling. I think It's better If I work 4-6 hrs. a day than whole day or else it would be exhausting. I feel this is more of a test of patience rather than the skill. It may seem tiring sometimes and gets annoying especially when software crashes, but I love what I'm doing. This is my passion and that's the reason why I keep doing it even though sometimes I feel weary. A month passed and I'm done. Suddenly, I remember the time when I thought this is impossible for me to do. It make's me happy that I did something which I thought was not possible.I'm uncertain if I'll still be active on youtube but I'm sure I'll be active on Deviant Art. There's just a little possibility I might remaster this. xD Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed this fan re-imagining. Like X vs Zero I made my own re-imagining so it will be distinct or unique. It won't be the same or remind you of others. In here, I want X to be fighting as well and Zero having a glimpse of his past. These weren't present on the actual battle in fact Zero doesn't remember anything at all in Zero series. Also the use of drama tracks will create a unique flair too. I love Ciel's drama track so much especially when Ciel said "You're already Zero in my eyes". I would love that part included to motivate Zero.I'm mostly on Deviant Art or Twitter posting arts. X VS. ZERO DECISIVE BATTLE 2 ultimatemaverickx 2010-10-04 | It took a lot of sprites editing especially on the ride armor part and near the end but still I enjoyed doing it. This took a long time because it has higher frame rate than the first one. Some effects and animation were made by me.Things I wanted to happen on the vid.1. True to both characters.2.
