8011BB70 on 1.2.
Ignore what I said about the fish causing collection delay. While technically true, it doesn't matter in a 100% setting because at that point you haven't done the RBA yet so the game isn't trying to give you the quiver at that time.

On 1.0 you can pick up a bomb while entering Milk Bar, causing wwt.
This glitch has two effects: a time stop and a fixed camera. Any non-mask item you attempt to use will be shown instead and will break the fixed camera. The time stop can be broken either by trying to get on Epona after breaking the fixed camera or by collecting the stray fairy.
While the camera is fixed, the following softlock the game: getting on Epona, using non-transformation masks.
While the time stop is active, pulling Ocarina softlocks while keeping your speed/direction. You can get on/off Epona but cant move.
You can still open chests under these effects.")
