*Note: In the video I mention that a 5 ½" square makes 8 unfinished 2 ½" HSTs. Since then, I have changed the math so that there is a little more wiggle room in the sewing and cutting. According to the chart in my blog post (which I recommend using) a 5 ¾" square will produce 8 unfinished 2 ½" HSTs.
