In the first of this two part video series you will find instructions to create a template that will be used in the second video to create a paper quilted card. Paper quilting is a type of papercraft that uses teabag folding tiles to create a beautiful and detailed design that mimics the look of a quilt. This project doesn't use any fabric, it is completely paper and cardstock.
