QuickJack Screwed Up Real Bad: You don’t need a QuickJack to appreciate this story. Heck, you don’t even have to be a car enthusiast. This is a tale of company and customer, of owning up to mistakes and making things right.
The details of this story mean too much to us to start giving away spoilers here. A quick explanation simply wouldn’t do it justice. Basically, we really screwed up, and it was important to us that we fix the problem. In a perfect world, this would never happen, but we believe that we will ultimately be judged by our solutions, not our mistakes.
We sent our talented video crew to make sure this customer got the respect and treatment he deserved. No, we can’t personally come visit each and every customer (wouldn’t that be something), but we can darn well ensure that every customer gets the sale and support he or she deserves.
