Hey friends! These 3 easy vegan meals are absolutely on rotation at our house weekly! I know you're going to love them!

Meals:
🌱 Pizza Bagels:
Toast bagels, add red sauce, vegan mozzarella, and any toppings you want (I did pepperoni).
Also optional, I added garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
🌱 Easy Tostadas:
Tostada shell, warmed refried beans, vegan cheese, and taco seasoning if you want.
Melt at this point.
Add chopped cherry tomatoes, green onions, and any other desired toppings (I showed taco sauce, salsa, and guac.)
🌱 Vegan Pesto and Cream Cheese Roll-ups:
Small flour tortillas. Spread vegan cream cheese, then vegan pesto (not a lot so it doesn't pour out the sides). Roll up and eat as is or cut into desired pieces.
*Can also do this with salsa, hummus, or other thicker sauces.
