Here are a few things I found that is interesting to me and doesn't seem like common knowledge.

LED Flash Alerts- Blinks your camera's flash as an alert
Custom Vibrations- Customize your individual vibrations per person
Camera Quick View- Allows you to quickly see the picture you last took and go back.
Camera Shutter Button- Allows you to use the volume button as the shutter button
Drop Box -Must have App for anyone
Private Browsing- Lets you browse without leaving a trace.
Hourly Weather- Check the weather for the currenty days forcast down to the hour it will happen.
Landscape Calendar- Lets you view the calendar in a different prospective
Built-in Dictionary- Learn the words you spell
Key Shortcuts- Lets you make shortcuts to words you use often. Less strokes for more word
