The ability to make an extra deck monster as a quick effect has shown up more and more recently. Most extra deck types have cards that can allow you to summon them on your opponent’s turn, and many of these cards are very powerful. However, out of all of the extra deck types, Synchros have had the least competitive success out of all of the extra deck types, for a variety of reasons. Today, we’re going to discuss why summoning synchro monsters on your opponent’s turn haven’t been as successful as the other monster types
