Fountain Circuit Court Judge Susan Orr-Henderson sentenced Stephen Quick to 125 years in prison for three counts of child molestation.
Judge Henderson found Quick guilty of the counts during a bench trial in March.
Quick's co-defendant in the case, Samantha Light, was also sentenced to 125 years in December of 2009.
After Thursday's sentencing hearing, Quick said he was sorry for what he did - performing sex acts with young children and videotaping the actions - but he's appealing his 125-year sentence.
Larissa Smith, the mother of one of the victims, was upset at Quick's plans but wasn't concerned that the appeal will succeed.
"I think it's crap. It's crap. What does he have to appeal? The evidence is there. He's doing what he's supposed to be doing. He'll lose it. I'm not worried," said Smith.
