Commodore 64 s/n UKB 849718, repaired in early 2016. Identifying a PLA failure on the I/O enable output.
PLA failures can give all sort of symptoms, so it's always wise to check their outputs when troubleshooting a C64.
I keep a list of how each output should "look" on a healthy C64 for comparison.
