Flow errors happen. They just do. The problem is when one fails quietly and you have no idea until someone tells you something is broken. In this video I show you what my students and I call poor man's error handling. It does not really handle the error, it notifies you the moment a flow fails so you can go fix it. I show you how to add it to any flow in about 60 seconds, then I slow down and explain exactly how it works, and finally I walk through how I use it in real production flows including a more advanced setup where different steps get different notifications.
