Hey Peeps! A quick tutorial for some very easy sewing projects to make if you need a last minute gift. You could make these for so many different uses; make up bag, coin purse, pencil case etc etc. You can also make these based around the dimensions of a zip you have in your stash, it doesn't have to be zipper by the yard. #tutorial #giftidea #easytomake
Pencil Case Dimensions :
9” wide x 5” deep with 1/2” seam allowance
Cut 2 outer fabric
Cut 2 lining fabric
Cut interfacing as needed, in this case 2 for the lining pieces
Cut 4 2”x2” squares
Cut zipper to the same length as the width, so in my case 9”
Cutely Pouch Dimensions :
11” wide x 4” deep outer with 1/2” seam allowance
11” wide x 7” deep with 1/2” seam allowance
Cut 2 outer fabric
Cut 1 wipe clean lining fabric
Cut interfacing as needed, in this case 2 for the outer pieces
Cut 4 2”x2” squares
Cut zipper to the same length as the width, so in my case 11”
