Rolled oats have ingredients to add to shelf life we try to avoid do we roll and crack our own starting with organic whole groats. We use the Marga Molino machine we bought to crack grains for multi grain breads. It's way overpriced now if you look at the Target link price from YouTube. I paid 1/2 of that a year and a half ago. I think there are similar machines available or maybe you could look for a used one. Recipe is at the end.
