Sastojci / Ingredients
- 500 grama narezanih tikvica
- 2 žlice nasjeckanog peršina
- 80 grama luka
- 2 češnja češnjaka
- 60-70 grama pancete
- 4 velika jaja
- 2-3 žlice kiselog vrhnja (mileram)
- 50 mililitara maslinovog ulja (može i biljno ulje)
- pola žličice papra
- 1 žličica soli
- 60 grama brašna
- naribani parmezan
- 120 grama gaude
- listići mažurana ili pola žličice suhog origana
- pola žličice maslaca
- 2 do 3 žlice krušnih mrvica
