Are Funeral Processions allowed to run red lights? I understand that they don't want to break the formation, so if the first vehicle passed on green, then it's "fine" for the rest to run red lights. But in this instance, the first vehicle arrived the junction with red, are they allowed to go through the red lights? Any laws regarding that?
