I finished!!! Finally I have finished this course and this year. It has been long! Course breakdown below! But in this video 'm just giving an idea of what I got up to over the year for anyone who is thinking of doing the course! I guess it's good to know! It's not a usual type of video so not expecting anyone to watch this apart from people interested in the course which probably isn't too many viewers lol. But hopefully useful to a few people. Long story short it's a long hard intense year but worth it for the career path I think. I'll keep you posted once I get a job and see if I still think that...
Brief year breakdown!! You'll be in 3 days a week if you do full time like I did.
Semester 1
MODULES | Programming, Testing and Databases
Programming - Class test 1 (15%), Class test 2 (20%)
Databases - 100% coursework, Group work at first, then solo at end
Testing - Group Project 1 (20%) Group Project 2 (50%) Class Test (30%)
CHRISTMAS BREAK
Semester 2
MODULES | Programming, Web Development, Software Engineering
Programming- Class test 3 and 4 (20%), Class test 5 (25%)
Web Development- Class test (20%), Solo Assignment (80%)
Software Engineering- Group Project (70%), Class Test (30%)
EASTER BREAK
Project Start- 3 months of work on your project. Can start over Easter if you really want to..
