This video shows my guest build in Pampatar for the 3rd season of the 5 Builders 1 City collaboration project. I develop the waterfront near the future Port of Pampatar with a multipurpose harbor that has a cruise ship terminal, a fishing pier, a small boat marina, and a water treatment facility.
