NanoNerds | Quasars to the Rescue! A Cosmic Test for Quantum Entanglement - David Kaiser @NanoNerds | Uploaded April 2019 | Updated October 2024, 1 day ago.
MIT physicist and historian of science David Kaiser tells the Alice and Bob quantum entanglement story from the perspective of twins dining simultaneously in Cambridge England, and Cambridge Massachusetts, and then goes on to show how he and a team of researchers went to a pair of mountaintop observatories in the Canary Islands to capture light from distant quasars in order to prove beyond a doubt that quantum entanglement is real.
