"The Number One Killer Is Time" is the first of five acts in Quantum Break.
Jack Joyce and his friend Paul Serene are caught in the middle of a time travel experiment that goes horribly wrong at Riverport University. The experiment, designed by Jack's brother William, creates a time fracture and exposes Jack and Paul to chronon particles, giving them time-manipulating abilities.
