Witness the greatness of the latest patch. Also, defacing Castle wasn't enough for The Behemoth: they went and completely ruined BBT with an update today!
To replicate the bug: on insane mode, kill an enemy while they are using the tornado, then get hit by a different enemy's tornado later in the level. Bug was introduced in v3.1.

My first Insane Demon, and my hardest demon by far. I fluked from 63% to 100%, which is unbelievable considering I get nervous extremely quickly when passing my best. This is a huge accomplishment for me as I dont particularly enjoy playing hard levels, but when I started practicing this I slowly realized that it was doable for me.
Playing this level was quite fun (except 0-30%), and most of the later parts arent that bad, as the majority of the difficulty was from trying really hard to not panic.
