Track 4 in the Quake soundtrack (also known as "The Hall of Souls", "Whispers", and "Conscience") has some interesting backmasking. Unfortunately due to the nature of the vocals being layered it's not too easy to make out what (presumably) Trent Reznor is whispering, bar from a few words. But it's still interesting to listen to and to think about.
Believe it or not, I'm posting a video which isn't a joke. I'm only uploading this because I haven't seen that many people mention it.
