The intro and first section to the recently leaked cancelled expansion to Quake 4 known as "Quake 4: The Awakening"
It's clearly quite early given the janky intro cutscene, bathroom quality voice acting and the overall strange way everything works.
The Strogg coolant gun isn't very useful in combat but it is a neat gimmick
